The Dolomites range is an area of intense beauty, spectacular mountains, Alpine villages and hearty cuisine. This multi-activity tour is destined to enchant guests of all ages and ability levels with expert-led natural history walks, (optional) advanced cycling excursions, horseback riding and more. Your little ones will have the time of their lives at Camp Ciclismo, exploring the open space, visiting our farm animals, and meeting local kids. Of course, doing nothing but relaxing by the pool and soaking up this mountain paradise is always another option! Feasts of delicious Ladin specialties at the renowned restaurants are casual and kid-friendly.

Trip Itinerary

Day 1 – Selva Gardena
Settle into the Alpenroyal’s spectacular grounds and enjoy an introductory stroll to the 17th-c. Fischburg Castle. Sample local pastries in the beautiful village of S. Cristina.
Day 2 – Alpe di Siusi
Begin with a chairlift ride up to Mt. Seura, and see the breathtaking landscape of the Dolomite's most well-known plateau. We cross a forest trail to a picturesque meadow with spectacular views. We then continue up the trail and view the majestic peaks of surrounding mountains. End the day with a chairlift down to an evening of outdoor entertainment.
Day 3 – Seurasas
Start your day with an outstanding overlook of the Val Gardena, then continue through the woods to the lush Seurasas Plateau. Following a leisurely hike in these splendid surroundings, you are free to enjoy the afternoon as you wish.
Day 4 – Bolzano
Shuttle to the capital of Alto Adige for a private guided archaeological tour. Then we return to our base and learn how to make Schlutzkrapfen, a local specialty.
Day 5 – Vallunga
Hike along a rolling path to Vallunga, a beautiful "green jewel" located between two mountain ranges. Return back through the via Crucis, which is lined with the amazing wooden statues for which this area is known. Optional mountain bike ride or rock climbing in the afternoon.
Day 6 – Bressanone
Tour the ancient cellars in the Abbey of Novacella. We then take a picturesque walk to Velturno Castle, followed by a visit to a private cellar. Afternoon trip to the historic city center of Bressanone, with options for shopping and sightseeing the magnificent architecture.
Day 7 – Sassolungo
Hike the moon-like landscape of one of the most famous Dolomite excursions. We then descend a trail through the mountains, and enjoy a hearty lunch at a rifugio.
Day 8 – Arrivederci!
After a farewell breakfast, we shuttle you to Bolzano’s train station. Buon viaggio!
