We're Always Seeking Energetic, Passionate and Skilled Tour Leaders!
Our mission is to offer high-quality, educational and dreamy itineraries that celebrate the diversity of native peoples and their landscapes. As a specialized boutique tour operator since 1988, we provide the most authentic, unique and exciting vacations in the adventure travel industry. Our well-crafted trips in Italy, France, Spain, Austria, Ireland and Croatia are active immersions into local art, language, music, folklore and, of course, delicious cuisine. By combining legendary service and rare cultural experiences, our Ciclismo philosophy continues to energize and transform each and every guest.We warmly embrace our active-travel niche and family-style company culture. Our strengths and excellent reputation lie in our years of active travel expertise, superior and personalized customer service, and multi-talented staff and members of our tour leadership team. Our entire Ciclismo US and European team and 26 bilingual Tour Leaders are passionate about doing things the Ciclismo-Way with a sense of fun, creativity and total dedication to quality. Our Leaders inspire guests with their passion, knowledge and appreciation of our destination countries, making our tours a special and unique experience.
The work of a Ciclismo Classico Leader is not for everyone: it requires energy, patience, skill and an enormous amount of work. A bike tour Leader wears many hats and it is important that all Leaders have a variety of talents and experiences to contribute to the tour: all share the same responsibilities throughout the day including bike mechanics, morning route talks, arranging restaurant meals or cultural visits and instructing cyclists in proper cycling techniques.
It is important that you enjoy working with people and demonstrate a passion about leading tours, teaching and sharing your skills with others. This is a challenging, but very fun and rewarding job.

We're seeking a special individual who is passionate about active travel and the outdoors.
Qualifications:
You must be passionate about transforming lives through active travel experiences. You live an active lifestyle that comes with this passion -- maybe you are a runner, avid biker or cross coutry skier. At any rate, outside is your place of preference and you love being with and talking to all kinds of people.
You have a proven track record of:
3 to 5 years of sales experience in the travel industry or related fields
Knowledge of Europe, in particular Italy
Fluent in Italian or other Foreign languages
Driving and meeting aggressive sales goals on time and on budget
Quickly internalizing vision, mission and customer needs
Promoting and developing new business
Inspiring top notch customer service
You should also be:
Well Traveled
Have excellent communication skills
Experienced cyclist a plus
Do you want to work in an entrepreneurial and international environment, where you can excel with your self-motivated and enthusiastic style? If you answer “si, si” then Ciclismo Classico is for you!
